Yoga Classes: Gentle Flow and Restorative

Restorative Yin 
This practice compresses and stretches along meridian lines that are directly linked to the viscera. The body is supported and held in postures for longer to deepen the fascial stretch for muscles and connective tissues. Combined modatlities for tissue release and healing using straps, blocks, bolsters, therapy balls, breath work, and meditation. Classes are designed to allow deep rest and healing.

Yoga Classes: Restorative Yin

90 mins of Restorative Yoga with the placement of hot stones on major muscle groups to help melt away tension while resting in poses that promote healing.

Hot Stone Restorative 90min class

90 min massage therapy treatment

15 min infra red sauna session prior to massage therapy appointment. Bring swim wear and a towel. After your relaxed sauna time enjoy a 60 min massage. Only the massage can be billed to insurance, the additional cost for sauna session will not be billed.
